Resort Manager’s Message 2011
Dear Plantation Beach Club Owners,
As we head into the final months of 2011, it's an opportune time to reflect back on the many enhancements that have been made to our resort. It has now been a full year since the renovation took place, and we continue to receive positive feedback from a great majority of our Owners and guest. Finishing this year, we are in the throes of the spa renovation - a project stated to be complete by year's end so that we may unveil a beautifully updated spa by January, 2012.
This year also brought many challenges, and as a result, the maintenance fee has increased slightly for 2012. Rest assured that your Board of Directors along with Hilton Grand Vacations have worked hard at controlling costs and will continue to do so heading into 2012.
There are few new projects scheduled to occur in the year ahead. Our concentration will be focused on the balcony upgrades and strategically planning that project to have as little impact as possible on our Owners' and guests' vacation experiences.
During your stay, please try to attend our Owners Meetings as this is the best opportunity to hear the latest news and updates and to ask any questions you may have of your resort and your Board. We also invite you to join us for Mandy's luncheons. I look forward to seeing you this coming year and wish you a wonderful end to 2011!
